BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Upon providing your custom quote, your date will be held exclusively for 7 days as a courtesy. To secure the booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required within this period. After 7 days, if confirmation has not been received, the date will be released and offered to other clients. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event. Payment may be made via bank transfer or PayPal.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Should you need to cancel, please note that your deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 30 days of the event date may incur the full service fee. In the rare instance that I am unable to attend, you will be offered a full refund or, where possible, a recommended artist of comparable style and experience.
EVENT REQUIREMENTS
For the best guest experience, please ensure the following is provided: - A dedicated, accessible space for the illustration setup, consisting of a trestle table and chair. - Protection from weather elements if the event is held outdoors. - Protection from the smoking area if the station is outdoors.
ARTISTIC STYLE AND OUTPUT
Each artwork is a live, bespoke creation that reflects my distinctive fine-art illustration style. While every care is taken to capture the spirit of each guest, precise likenesses are not guaranteed. On average, 6–12 guests may be illustrated per hour, depending on the style selected and event flow.

USE OF ARTWORK
I reserve the right to photograph and share images of the artwork and the event environment for use across my portfolio, website, and social media platforms. By booking, you acknowledge that guests may be photographed alongside their artwork unless a written request for privacy is submitted prior to the event.
GUEST CONDUCT
Creating a warm, joyful experience is at the heart of my service. Should circumstances arise that compromise a safe or respectful environment, I reserve the right to conclude services at my discretion without obligation to refund.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While every effort is made to ensure a seamless experience, I am not liable for event disruptions, unforeseen incidents, or accidents involving guests.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the case of extraordinary circumstances beyond my control (including but not limited to illness, severe weather, or venue issues), I shall not be held liable. In such instances, all reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or refund your booking.
